Training Terms & Conditions

Payment can be made online through PayPal or Stripe. Or by cash, cheque, credit card, debit card or bank transfer. The course price includes all stated training materials and equipment.

All prices quoted are in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling).

You may wish to use a currency converter to calculate the price in your own currency. However, you can’t guarantee that this will be the same rate of conversion used by your credit / debit card company at the time your payment is processed. The transaction will appear on your credit / debit card bill in your own currency.

Shipping Information

We will dispatch your order within 7 days of receiving your payment. We cannot confirm a time for delivery. We use several couriers, such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. The courier we choose may vary depending on the destination. However, we always use a secure, signed-for delivery service with online tracking. 

Returns Information

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us by post for a replacement or refund. The refund policy is shown below. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your contract with us, or within 14 days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer).

The responsibility and cost of returning the goods safely, lies with you the customer. We would recommend a secure signed-for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery. Any returns need to be sent back in their original state and within 14 days of your decision to cancel.

Refund policy

Shipping costs, administration costs and credit card handling fees are not refundable. The cost of any returned items that aren’t in a suitable condition for re-sale will also be deducted from the refund total.

Customs and Taxes

International customers may be liable for import taxes or VAT in the EU. These are duties levied by your own Government. Contact your local Customs or Tax Office for details prior to purchase.

We aim to provide the best possible services to our students. In the unlikely event of our receiving complaints, we undertake to investigate them thoroughly and promptly, and we will do everything reasonable and within our powers to put matters right.
